This diet is amazing!!!!! It's really more a way of life that all of us should live, period. The things this meal plan asks me to cut out are the things the human body shouldn't be eating anyway. I've lost 6 pounds in 5 days. I'm fifty years old and have always made fun of "fad" diets, that's not what this is. I'm so glad I found this and encourage everyone to at least give it the thirty days. I'll have my abs back by pool, lake, and beach season. It's not really about what you can't eat but more about what you shouldn't eat. Good luck to all of you that try.
I really enjoyed the insightful ideas and instruction on how to deal with social situations and everyday life, when sticking to the While 30.
I believe the Whole 30 contains better information than other diets out there.
Lost weight and felt great when on the Whole 30.

Waist of my money!!! Over priced trash!
Love this book
This book is both an intro to Whole30, and a Whole30 recipe book. While I know how to cook, I still found the section which details mundane cooking titles (perfect poached eggs, perfect seared chicken breast, etc.) helpful. The Hollandaise and Mayonnaise recipes are the easiest I’ve ever made. I have made walnut-crusted pork tenderloin, chili, baby back ribs with tangy bbq sauce, stuffed peppers, shepard’s pie, and a few others. I found them all pretty easy to make, and delicious. This review is of the hard-cover version I own.
Where are the reviews?
I’m deciding right now to never buy anything through iBooks because the reviews are all hidden. Kindle, here I come!
