Offers sound nutrition advice
This is a great book that helps the reader understand the differences between the sources of calories from our food. It clearly defines good fats and bad fats, and complex carbs vs. simple carbs. The recipes are very useful, and in general this book offers great value for learning about the low carb lifestyle
Needs an index, but tasty!
The layout is simple and relatively easy to use. All the technical information is in the beginning. Then recipes. I kind of wish there was an index at the back with a list of all the recipes, regardless of the meal to which they belong. But still a useful reference.
