User reviews about the book
The most amazing hero story ever written. It’s brilliance is unmatched, and in a way, it’s genius is unfair to those of us who are left wondering what is next after reading it.
Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons created something truly special here. What if time could heal all wounds and the impossible happens and they make up and re-collaborate to give this world a whole new chapter of life...... Now that would be an ending nobody would of been able to predict ;)

This book is the single epitome of all Graphic Novel art. It really doesn't do it justice to read it on your phone. Alan Moore made this work of art with an extremely compelling storyline and world, which will keep you thinking. Some parts may be complex, but getting through them results in one of the most satisfactory reads you will ever have. A must read
...my favorite book of all-time. Enough said. Grade: A+

I read this graphic novel and just had to buy it! I was also got all my friends completely obsessed with this graphic novel and the movie! Donald will not stop quoting Rorschach! You have got to read this comic (then watch the movie and be the one who watches the watchmen! Haha!)
The Greatest Graphic novel ever written!!
This graphic novel, or I should say, masterpiece, is one of the most beautiful and thorough pieces of literature I have ever read. This novel compels me to be the good in the world.

God exists and he's American

This was the first graphic novel I've read and I'm glad I did. Very entertaining and thought provoking. It feature a comic within a comic, very Shakespearean. The characters were multidimensional, so the story never feels predictable. I don't want to ruin it, so I'll stop typing and let you discover the uniqueness of this comic. And if you've watch the movie already, the comic offers more depth to the story and characters like every novel turned into a film does. Put simply, if you like the movie you'll love this graphic novel.
Great character analysis
Thrilling, idealistic, masked men are in an alternate 1985 America, fruits of prior masked heroes. In depth examination of all the characters leads through a twisting story that will capture you in its roots. Rorschach is arguably the best graphic novel character I have ever read about. His perverse ideals about justice and his anti-hero setting really set a great mood for the story. Watching twice, even three times will really catch all of its glory. Happy reading!
