    I downloaded the audiobook. No offense to the author, but he barely can speak the English language. He makes very good points but the book is a circle jerk of cliches, euphemisms, anecdotes, etc.

    I read and listen to a lot of books on sales, business and entrepreneurship. Most of them seem to just regurgitate the same information and put a different spin on it. Grant has a way of speaking directly to you in this book. In a way that really gets you to sit back and rethink the way you've been doing things. I've told more people to read this book than any other I can remember. If you're in sales or own a business you need to read this book. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
