People like him have defined America
America is great because of great people like John Mccain. Shame on those who call him a traitor. One of the icons that has risen above the petty politics and stood up for the greater good of the country. One of the finest books I have read.
Traitor to this great nation, just because he hates trump.

I am a Democrat.......from way back a couple years ago when parties worked together to make “America Great”. It’s no longer that way. John McCain comments on this as well as his personal successes and failures. John McClain, one of the few true gentlemen of either party left in politics. MA beautifully written memoir/educational text. An honest, sincere man and a hero. I wish he had of been president instead of what we have ended up with in 2016. I am afraid he is a dying breed. Our politics are changing rapidly and not for the better. People are too quickly judged and dismissed by which party they belong. We have a President hell bent on dividing us and confounding our proported allies. God help us or our Democracy will be delegated to the dust bin of history.
I JrFoundation ok
Must be a work of Fiction
Any book about this traitor has to be PURE fiction.
I read the book...
I was disappointed. I expected McCain to inspire and he did not. He’s become a bitter, angry old and dying man and I am sad this will be his legacy.
I once admired him. I campaigned for him. It’s a year of my life I won’t get back.
I do admit I didn’t finish the book. I felt cheated.
Don’t waste your money
This is a revisionist memoir written by a genuine military hero, who turned into an opportunistic bottom feeder.

Well we finally got what weve been trying so hard to achieve for so many years: government as dictated by the stupidest. The wealthy elitist Hannity (who pretends to be against everything he himself is) and other Fox provocateurs have convinced their audience of the simple-minded that the way to make America great is by rejecting everything we did to become great in the first place. Throw away truth, throw away the rule of law, forget science and knowledge and let conspiracy theories lead us into the future. “Drain the swamp” by creating a new, bigger swamp, much slimier than the previous one. So now we have people trashing a book by an actual hero because he doesnt grovel at the feet of a guy whose entire life has been spent lying about his accomplishments and cheating one system after another. Wekve finally tapped the votes— with the assistance of our enemies— of the conspiracy minded celebrity worshipper, in which the only thing thats true is any of the thousands of lies told every day to protect the weak ego of a small bully. Someday, fortunately, The Stupid will die off and a younger, smarter generation can start to slowly repair the damage. And in 100 years kids will be reading about the worsr president America ever had and the weak Republican congress too afraid to do their jobs. And they”ll say, how? That could never happen again. Lets pray theyre right.
Good book by a great man who soent a lifetime focused on others, trashed by people who have a crush on a man who spent a lifetime focused solely on himself.
Worst Autobiography ever!!!
I cant believe the drivel that came out of this book.
